Meeting grief
A community grief workshop and ritual
A Weekend to Honor What You Carry
Some journeys ask us to dive deep, to be gently witnessed, and to be held in the sacred container of community.
Meeting Grief offers a profound weekend experience for anyone walking the tender path of loss—whether you're navigating the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, or grief that simply needs tending.
Through ritual, movement, creative expression, and heartfelt sharing, we create space to honor what has been lost and welcome what wants to emerge. These weekends blend qigong's gentle wisdom with somatic practices, ceremony, and compassionate witnessing to support you in meeting your grief with courage and an open heart.
Who Facilitates
I co-facilitate these transformative weekends with Kim Birdsong. Together, we hold sacred space for your journey through loss, bringing our combined experience in embodiment practices, ritual, and grief work.
When & Where
These gatherings unfold throughout the year in the beauty of Carmel, California. With limited spaces and registration opening just one month before each workshop, sessions fill quickly—often within hours.

Kim & Linda Anne
After being introduced by mutual friends, Linda Anne & Kim realized a shared passion and need for accessible community grief work. Together they developed a unique offering that combines written expression, shared stories, somatic, qigong movement and ritual release to assist in meeting and moving our grief from the private domain into the broader communal field.
This is deep work, and you will be safely held in their skilled hands.
