Sacred Movements - Sacred Sounds

ValiAnna's masterful Sound Bathing and Healing Tones combined with Linda Anne's nurturing Qigong guidance through The 7 Precious Gestures (11/5) creates a sanctuary for your body, heart-mind, & spirit. Death Cafes - Life Conversations
In the warmth of a historic Cannery Row home, we'll gather for meaningful conversations about life's greatest mystery. Our October salon explores how to talk about death with openness and grace, while November's gathering offers gentle support for navigating grief during the holiday season. These donation-based evenings support Jerry's Place Hospice.
When: October 29 & November 20 | 6:30-8:30 PM
